A commissioned work of art will be sited in the new Memorial Court building. The work is being developed by Lead Artist for Northwich, Katayoun Dowlatshahi. It will be directly informed by collected memories from the 'Memory Collection' archive and be sited in the new entertainment and leisure venue to create continuity between the old and new.
